Hey Aaron, can attest to the value of these practices. Trust me, I'm still in progress!! Part of our angst seems to be our body trying to get our attention. I really try to operate in mindfulness; awareness of when people or circumstances attempt to disturb inner peace. Breathing practices also help me.

Thanks for sharing! I echo the benefit of mindfulness practices, especially breathing and body scan. The technical terms for this awareness are neuroception / interoception, and I am very thankful they can be increased and strengthened with practice.
